Hello! My first post.
I consider getting medium sized 23.5mm x 38.8mm (= "Classique"?) Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso. I can't try before buy.
Some retailer quotes the thickness to be 10mm. This seems pretty much, since the width is only 23.5mm. Can you confirm? Is the quartz version any thinner? How does it wear? One might think, that due to its dimensions, the watch is prone to tilt sideways...?
I would prefer black dial as in the Tribute To 1931 model. However, black dial with medium size doesn't seem to be currently available. I guess such models have been made earlier though. Can you say, if they are rare or expensive?
Lots of questions. Thank you for your time.
