    Brookstone Quad Winder Repair Help

    I have a Brookstone Quad winder that all of a sudden one of the motors has quit turning. Anyone opened one of these up or have any insight on what might be wrong? Thanks.

    Yes, I started with Brookstone Customer Care. Unfortunately they were not any help but they were very prompt in replying to my inquiry.
