Looking for the perfect watch box

Over in f2, it seems like watch recommendation threads with very specific requirements usually go pretty well - I think there's a certain fun in trying to satisfy all the criteria. I'm not so sure it translates to watch boxes as well, but I figured I'd try.

So here's what I'm looking for:
    -15" wide x 14" deep (or smaller)
    -holds/displays 12-15 watches, and *3 pocket watches*
-has a drawer underneath that can hold extra straps, changing tool, etc.. (or a watch or two)
-more classic style (nice wood grain or leather-covered)
-budget is $500ish (or hopefully less)

Anyone got any suggestions? The pocket watch bit is hard to find, but I have 3 beautiful old pocket watches from my grandfather that I want to look at more often. :) Thanks in advance.

Have you thought of finding someone to make it? I know there are many custom cabinet makes on Etsy that would easily jump a commision like this. You already have your measurements!

I have been looking on Etsy the last few days, quite a few custom guys, I am sure that you will find someone. In addition to your measurements you should also be prepared to specify what type of wood or woods, solid vs veneer, type of hinges etc etc etc! Good Luck!

Have you seen anything similar to what you'd like? Not necessarily currently being used as a watch box ....

I like having a drawer also so I bought the Volta 8 watch case and have been happy with it. They have a 15 watch case with drawer also for $250 you could consider. I think I will purchase one since my collection is now at 14 watches

I have a couple wolf boxes and they are great. High quality and plenty of room between the lid and the watch.
