Any one got any suggestions, I have a growing automatic collection but wifey frowns upon the winder I have, if i can combine with a case that is made to take cuff links and other things I can point at her Jewellry box on her dressing table and say "equality is all I ask"

I think you could buy a 6 watch winder that also has some additional slots for watches, and just use those additional slots to put your cuff links, tie tacks, etc. Probably a lot easier than trying to find a watch winder-jewelry combo, which is precisely what you are looking for. I think it'll give you more flexibility from having more options open to you, and be cheaper.
For example, I stole this image from ebay for reference, example. I did a search of "6 watch winder +." These types of winder-storage combos are referred to as "4 winder and 4," "4+4," etc. There are a lot of combos, good luck and enjoy. I have a terrific winder for 2 watches, and storage for 4 by Rotations, purchased from Corbo Jewelers in New Jersey.
