    Roll Up Travel Case Identification

My dad is an avid watch collector. I've decided I would like to get hime a travel case for some of his watches for Christmas when I stumped across John Mayer's watch case in his live concert "Where The Light Is".

It appears to be a leather "roll up" type watch case. I've searched and searched online and found nothing. Whenever I search roll up i get a leather roll up case with a pillow and that's note what I want...

I've searched through many of the threads looking for a similar case to no avail. The only one remotely similar one I found was homemade. ANY guidance or insight at all would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks guys

I found this on ebay, I remember having seen it a lot. Been looking for a storage solution myself, to no avail.

That's the only one I could find that was even remotely similar... But it looks to be made out of cheap materials and I don't need 22 watch slots, seems a bit too big.

Just seems really weird that no one sells something like this.

Re: Roll Up Travel Case Identification

I have one of the ebay cases shown above and it is actually a pretty nice product. It is plastic and vinyl but a thick grade and constructed well. Not the highest dollar or best quality out there, but for $22 it does a nice job of storing, transporting and protecting watches from minor scratches.
Here is one more ebay option-
JEWELRY Bracelet WATCH DISPLAY Storage Carry CASE | eBay

Here is one that is not a roll-up but works well for travel-
Amazon.com: 16 Watch Case for Collectors Travel Style Briefcase Black Leather Large Compartments Zipper: Watches

Here is another option-It is used mostly for knives, but is great quality and works very well for watches. Hope this helps. I too found limited options for a roll-case so I made my own. Scroll down this forum section and you will see a post from a member who made their own roll-up which I modeled and it turned out very nice and only cost me (my wife) about $30.00 in materials to make. Good luck.

Hi, I hope you receive this before you get something for your dad but I was in the same place as you! I really did a big search and I found what seems to be the exact same one, if it's not, it's pretty damn close! It's really great and I love it. It's only getting better and softer (the leather that is..) it's really a great quality...

Okay okay, I'll get to it!

I found it here and he's in Ohio! ships same day if not, next day.. GET IT!

    International Watchman, Inc.

go to "watch cases/rolls" you'll see it...don't be deceived by the picture it rolls perfectly just like Mayer's...

    Hope this helps!
