    Is there some sort of watch holder to use during strap changes?

    I'm scratching lugs during strap changes and it's driving me nuts. Is there some contraption I can use to hold the watch so I can use both hands during strap changes? It is mostly a problem with my watch that has a screw bar since I need to use a flat head screwdriver on both ends to get it started.

    A regular watch case holder (like the one in the first link above) may not be stable enough for strap changes. At least it's not for me.
