XXL Case Opener

I've been looking on amazon, ebay, kijiji, etc., trying to find an XXL case opener for my Invicta Russian Diver's watch. I can't find any suggestions on the forum either, so I am asking for help. Anyone know where I can get an XXL case opener at a good price?

I lately received a watch that requires a spanner of 38mm. My largest tool reaches about 33mm. I used a wad of fresh duct tape and voila! Opened and closed that case easily.

Hello fh,

The Otto Frei company out of Oakland, CA is THE source for all that stuff. A couple of years ago I too had to purchase a large case wrench and got item no. CWR-602.00 for $24.50. Then of course, I found that I needed something other than my fingers to hold the watch itself, so I got CEW-176.00, "Movement holder for large watches" for $14.85 (I can't tell you how much this thing has helped).

If you need something cheaper, I can't help you. In any case....

Found one locally here in Toronto. Paid $25 for a Jaxa XL Type opener. Thanks for the replies!!
