Thanks for all the kind words guys, I am loving this watch. The strange thing was I didn't like the three timer when it first came out but it really grew on me. Now I love everything about it, the waffle dial, the brushed and polished 24 hour bezel, the elegant hands and subtle but powerful lume, how tight the bezel is , and for some reason it feel larger than my elemental (think this is due to less writing on the dial), it's also heavier than the Elemental. I also love how it works with every strap, the silver dial looks great on a bracelet,textile, tracked calf, rubber, pindot, gator or ostrich.
So all in all I am very happy again with LW.

So for the last couple months I have been very happy with my Linde Werdelin Biformeter black dial but recently one of the watches in my store has been eyeballing me!!
A silver dial 3 timer wearing a brown alligator strap is placed in a position where I can see it all day long, and it also sees me. I strategically placed our Linde Werdelin display 3 feet away from where I sit in the store, which is very, very dangerous!! So after weeks of walking over to the case, taking of my Elemental and strapping on the 3-timer I decided it was time for a change.
So long story short, I now own said silver dialed 3-timer.
I have posted some pics on the stunning brown alligator that it came on. What I love about the strap is that is is one of the richest alligators I have seen from LW.
This 3-Timer is also the polar opposite of its predecessor which makes for a nice change

What do you guys think?

I am actually looking to add a piece with Brown strap to the small gang of LWs - what are you guys view on watches on brown straps, should they have black or white/silver dial for the perfect look?
Personally, I would probably go for a silver dial.
