    Thumbs Up Linde Werdelin and Celebrities

    Hello,

    I live in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, where last weekend we held the 137th running of the Kentucky Derby. As the camera was scanning the audience and interviewing various people I thought I saw an LW in the crowd!

    So, it made me wonder, are there any celebrities around the world who by chance may wear an LW? Sponsored or otherwise?

    Perhaps there may be. Haven't seen any yet.
    I was watch poker after dark yesterday, and seen one of the poker pros was wearing an AP ROC rose gold on rubber.
    I've seen some nice bling on some of those poker pros.
    Also many celebs sport the AP ROO's. Seen quite a few.
    I'd love to see some LW's out there. That would be a coup for LW if any celeb wore it for some exposure.
    I think white LE LW for women would be perfect on Oprah, imagine that exposure. lol.

    But if LW got really popular, this could mean higher pricing and harder to acquire in the future. Hypothetically.

    Don't know how accurate my "sense" is, but I'm getting the same vibe from LW now that I got from Panerai a few years ago. I bought a PAM 024 in 2000 when it was still kind of a bargain--couldn't do it now. I think LW is going to catch on in the same way, so we might start seeing some more sightings. Makes us the trendsetters.

    I sold an LW to a celebrity recently. Can't mention his name though, he might kill me!!
