Hey all,
Something came across my desk this morning to brighten up a bleak and dreary day here in rainy Melbourne. A copy of The Perfect Five signed by Morten - very cool indeed
Big thanks to Madina, Morten and all those at LW.

Does this "Special Issue" continue the first story? Or is it just a reprinting? I hope Linde Werdelin puts it on their site. I thought the Graphic Novel/Comic campaign was cool and different than what you see from normal watch companies.
This version was updated and continued on from previous versions I'd seen.
I too love the concept, but I was a big comic fan as a kid. Hopefully they do continue it!

I still read comics. I thought it was fun how Linde Werdelin created this whole world around their watches. A lot of the characters are cool too. There is a spirit of adventure in many of the images. Too many times in watch ads it's just a watch with a movie star, athlete, or other entertainment type. I guess that works. But I don't get a watch just because a public persona wears it.

Neither do I, in fact it turns me off somewhat.
I relate to this type of advertising/promotion a lot more, and allows me to connect with the brand in a way I would not have otherwise. These touches are what makes LW such a cool brand, and why I'll always own one at least of their pieces.
