Rubber strap adjustment ?

I finally got my LW with Rubber strap.
It seems to be adjustable from both sides.

I moved one part to max, but its still not small enough~ (need 6.8inch)
Any hints if other side can be adjsuted too? e.g cut

The rubber strap is def. cuttable. It will fit under 6.8'' if necessary, my wrist is 6.5'' in.

Did you do it at a watchmaker, or yourself?
Did you need any LW strap replacement tools for it, I dont happen to have those~ :(

If you could explain please how to do it would be much appreciated!

On the buckle end , there are a series of holes along the edge , you cut the strap between the holes , there are slots or grooves on the underside of the strap between the holes.

I have an instruction sheet at home , I can scan it later today and post it tonight

And I know it sound silly, but as I got no papers to it (just the box).
How do I adjust time and date to it? the crown sits quite deep and stiff, do I just pull it out?
(dont want to break new toy)

Cut it and adjusted, all perfect now!

One last silly question, how do I adjust the time? I assume I need to pull out the crown, but its deep and stiff.
Is there a trick, or I just pull hard?
