    Identify this Hublot?

    Hi all,

A local jewelry store I frequent currently has this model in their estate inventory.

Can anyone identify this model? Also, with the assumption that it is in good working condition, what the value range is?

    Thanks!

Hmm, after some research I think this is a "Classic Elegant" or such? Not sure on value though..

It looks like an all-steel Hublot, model 1521.1. 36mm in diameter, quartz movement. The MDM on the dial means it's pre-LVMH buyout (2008), and probably pre-Biver (2004) control as well. It's from the late 80's to 90's. Hublot still makes these, though, with a slightly different strap, clasp and dial. (...Or they might have recently stopped making them. I'm not sure.)

The all-steel ones can be had for about a thousand-ish, probably a little less.

Watch out, though, finding replacement straps is a pain.
