1970's Omega Seamaster Deville - Too Good To Be True?

I found a seller online for a Seamaster Deville. These are the images the seller showed me of the watch. What I'm most worried about is that the underside of the watch doesn't look like the original. It actually looks like there is a personal engraving on it. I think I can get it for $50. Fake? What do you value it at if real?

The caseback doesn't look original because it's engraved.
The watch was presented to someone on their retirement after long service with the company shown in the 3rd line.
Looks like they worked there from 1954-1976.

Can the caseback be replaced with an original?

Yeah. But then it wouldn't be original like the one you ACTUALLY have.....

also since it's a monocoque case you would be replacing most of the case if you replaced the back. unless there is something wrong with the watch on the inside it looks good. Heck even if the inside is empty the dial and case are worth more than $50.
