Bezel does look a bit iffy , I'd want to see pictures of the back and the sales receipt to see if numbers match
You could then call the selling dealer to confirm authenticity![]()
Soon, we'll have to provide video surveillance footage of the moment of purchase.
For any prospective buyers, why not just ask the seller direct questions, directly? He seems to me like a reputable seller with many years of experience. You don't accrue that kind of experience by selling fakes on these sales corners.
I'd ask about the missing "papers", surely a watch buff would keep absolutely all the relevant stuff?
Someone needs to send the guy a pm and let him know the watch is in question on WUS. He has been around for some time, and I'm sure if it is a fake, he does not know it is. Maybe someone should inform him, not convict him.

I'm gonna go with real. Look at the sellers previous posts. He has sold quite a few watches. If they were fake, I'm sure his username would be pulled.
But I also agree that the watch does look fishy, but I put it down to the angel of the pics. Example:
This is my front on shot. The Pearl is in the centre.
Now look at the pearl. It appears on one side.

I'm really not sure. The seller himself seems legit and the availability of the original receipt is a plus.
However, the pearl on the bezel looks off. The pearl on my PO (42mm as well) does NOT touch the edges of the grey triangle, the seller's does.
With regard to the dial: it seems that the space between the omega logo and the 'omega' text is bigger than on my PO.
I'd pass on it, considering there are plenty of POs for sale.
Good luck.

Casio TGW-10 (One of the first watches I've ever owned)
No idea about the seller - although I will say that people do accidently "pass" fakes from time to time.
The watch itself does appear to be fake though. The Omega logo is in the wrong place, the bezel doesn't appear to be "right" to my eyes and the pip is clearly too big compared to the real deal.
