Ladies Omega Watch Fake or Real, and if so why?

Hello all,

I have just started to begin to collect watches and I want to start it off by getting one for my for my girlfriend.

Can anyone recommend some good reading or previous threads I should check over for background reading on seeing what is fake and what is real regarding Omegas.

Can anyone recognise if this is fake or not, and if so why it is. What do the numbers on the inside of the back casing represent, and the numbers on the buckle.
