omega seamaster chronometer fake or real?

hi - am a newbie but have done a fair bit of research into omegas - specifically the seamaster - this one has come up and I'm thinking of buying it but wanted to check it's legitimate ...gut feeling says it is but not 100 percent...be grateful for any help

Oh and the serail number on the back got me curious ....I think it might be a Year '99 - started with 60020xxx

Appears to be a heavily worn genuine, but I've never seen that type of He valve before...
