I have already purchased it, but can't remove the caseback to get the numbers. I ordered the caseback tool but wont get here till March 6.

I'm new to this, but it looks like you got exactly what was represented, a redialed 550. I'll let someone else comment on the quality of the redialing. It's also a bit over polished for my taste.

It's been keeping real good time at least. Averaging +4 seconds a day for the past 3 days.

I just need to find someone to re-lume the hands. The dial is fine, the hands not so much. Who is good at this, and what will it cost ?
