New BS100 Bronze Arrives ** Pictures can't do it justice!!!**

Hi Everyone... special delivery for Mr Zenrag!!!!

Fedex delivered the following "gift" to me this morning.... The AQUADIVE Bathyscaphe 100 Brown Bronze with Stainless Steel caseback.

Oh man... the bronze is FANTABULOUS! (yes, fantastic and FABULOUS)

Seriously, the colour is not quite bronze... it has that reddish bronzie hue.... and keeping it this colour, in my opinion, may not be a bad thing... but I will let it Patina to see if gets better... I can see if some sweat from my workouts with the watch will help it along???

It wears so nice... so flat for such a prominent high sitting watch. The brown isofrane is great! And really, I DO like the brown dial face, even though many have said that a green dial face on bronze looks better (on a few of the other bronze divers out there)... this is definitely giving green a run for its money!

And the yellow on the bezel (despite a lot of people poo poo'ing it when the first pictures of the BS100 Brown Bronze came out) is really a nice Yellow... I don't know what it is, the pictures of the watch I have seen so far are not nearly as vivid as it is with the watch in person.

again, the brown isofrane is truly a pleasure on this watch... we should put a petition for Synchron (Isofrane) to manufacture this brown colour as a special!

I'm glad to read these very positive reviews, since I have a brown-bronze on order, expected mid-July. Since ordering, I've wondered if a few other designs (Kazimon, some Italian and German bronzos) were more the style I would prefer. But, after all my research, I could not find a better bronze watch for the price in my opinion, and so I went with the AD brown dial bronze. I've read a number of these posts to the effect that the AD is much better in person. So, congrats and I look forward to posting my own pix soon.

Congratulations Zenrag. I totally agree with your observations, the brown dial, the yellow on the bezel, brown dlc and awesome ISOfrane just make this watch work. I still find myself looking at mine. I almost crashed the bloody car yesterday because I was looking at the damn thing when I obviously shouldn't have been.
