I felt that I had to publicly say a huge thank you to Aquadive and Ben in particular for going the extra mile with their customer service. I started to experience some issues with the BOR bracelet attached to my BS300, in particular with the ratchet diver extension function of the bracelet.
I emailed Ben at Aquadive to see if there was a way that I could send it in for a repair, I mentioned that even though it was a brand new when I bought it, I didn't actually purchase it direct from Aquadive instead from another member. Ben agreed that I could send it in and they'd be happy to repair the bracelet free of charge. They repaired it for me by actually replacing the entire clasp with the version which has the Aquadive symbol, plus they threw in some new spring bars and covered the postage.
All in all a very positive experience and now I get to wear the beast again.
