Linsook - you rock. Not only are you helping push this process forward, but with each iteration you are improving the design. I love the minimal -W- logo, and the Chinese characters at even hours are subtle and beautiful. (I say this as one of those preferring Arabics, so you might be changing my mind.) Your animation gives a good feedback on the hands for us all to imagine; but best of all, you are helping us all to visualize this entire watch as a whole. Thank you.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Please try to put the hands into some proportional display.
Aren't breguet hands usually that thin though?
I was curious about this and found these:

Wonder how they'd look on a watch.

I'm almost ready to call this a done deal. I love this iteration!!! I have a pretty strong preference for the thinner hands but i think either one would be da bomb. Yeah Linsook!

Where? I agree that many have commented on the large size, and the fact it is a dress watch. But if you read through the thread, it appears that we're looking at a 40 or 42 mm case, and we are restricted by the size of the movement. As for the breuget hands, the mockups all seem to have them, and there are very few people (but many comments) against them.

I'm in the same boat but I'll decide once I see the end product :). It might change my mind.

yeah, i think i'm going to have to take myself off the list as well. the direction just doesn't suite me. but yeah... i was envisioning something pretty different from how it turned out... mainly:

silver baton markers, silver/white dial, guilloche, black/blue hands, 38mm case, a simple -W- for the logo, black leather strap, and a commemorative engraving on the back of the watch. The cream dial is really what turned me away as that color just makes everything look retro and old, but it seems like the majority favor that.
Omega Aqua Terra 8500, Seagull ST8000SA Tourbillon, Stowa Antea KS, Rolex 14060m Submariner, Citizen Stiletto AR3010-57E

On way out: Auguste Galan Moscato Skeleton Chronograph,
Gone: Panerai Pam 48, Zeppelin 7618-1, Rotary Vintage Skeleton GS02518/06

I understand how you feel, but the choice for the moonphase forced certain design directions. If this watch will be a success, I can imagine that there will be another go next year. I would certainly be up for that. But, if you look at Kevin's thread about the WuYi limited edition made by SeaGull USA, it already may be all you are looking for. I know it is for me

The consensus design is slowly diverging from my ideal as well. I think the size of the case nay be the deal breaker for me.
If it stays between 38-40mm, I may stay on. If it goes to 42mm, I'm out.

In either case, I'm enjoying the process. Who knows, maybe this may become a recurrent project.

42mm might be a little too large for me as well
Anything with a lug to lug measurement of more than 48 to 50mm is too large

I don't mind the case size. I like mine to be anywhere from 37mm to 46mm depending on the watch. 40-42 is right up the middle. The cream dial and if we go with the Breguet hands will probably put me out. Like I said though, I will make my final decision when the design is finalized.

Sorry if I've missed it, but how do I sign up to reserve one of these when they're produced??? Or is that not necessary??

    Thanks!
