Chinese text is possible,but I don't know how your name translates in Chinese. Google says 克里斯 don't know if it's correct.

Hope so i'd never know as my old PC wont show Chinese characters.

It's not your PC that is old, it's a simple matter of installing the fonts.

there's another saying, albeit it's rather tame compared to yours food, wine, women.
饮食男女 --> eat drink man woman

if not, yours can be loosely translated into food (食物) wine (美酒) and women (女色).
others may have a better translation according to their preferences, as there are many different versions of translations according to the three words you requested.

論壇計劃 2011 would be an appropriate one, albeit it's in traditional chinese.

you can also opt for simplified chinese characters, which would be of lesser strokes that is.

"計劃" is close but if most mainlander will use 項目

if you are talking about a project such as building something, 計劃 is more refer to the design and proposal.

Again that's traditional script - if you want simplified Chinese (the official written script for the P.R. China i.e. mainland China) it'd be 胜利

They use traditional Chinese in Hong Kong, Taiwan and some Chinese speaking countries such as Singapore (Malaysia too?)

but for many, the traditional script was THE script. Although it was adopted by the PRC "recently", for some the traditional script is still more true to the form, you can almost argue the same way with pingyin(ask some older scholar, it was not universally loved)
