Yes. No need to cry. Having seen "our" watch I'd say it beats the Seagull hands-down. Looks, prices and uniqueness (is this a word?).

I do like that onion crown on the M308S...

But, I prefer our hatches, don't dig the "12" on the Sea-Gull, think the white stitching on the band happens to be too "busy" with the design, prefer the Chinese characters on the Watchuseek version, also prefer the "w" logo, and bet they aren't using a blue rotor.

Oh, and we get engraving (Edit: $9) plus it cost less than 1/2 of the M308S retail price.

Yes, I believe so.

Oh, I don't know. There are similarities (same moon-phase complication and big date) because that's the movement we're using and the case (most wanted 40mm), but the overall look is quite different with different indexes, hands, and our own beautiful, special dial, and a blue rotor on the movement.

And hey, want do you expect for $139? An in-house movement?

Yes but, if I understand the situation correctly, Thomas doesn't work for Seagull anymore. He's more like an entrepreneurial start-up or something.

Either way, our watch looks WAY better!!!!
