Just guessing, somewhere from 1940's to 1960's. I've seen similar from Breitling. I'd suggest posting this over on the Vintage and Pocket Watches Forum on Watchuseek, those folks will have a better idea of age and also may recognize the movement if it was used by other Marques as well.

ETA: Okay, I just re-read the title. Seems you've already got it down to the 1940's. Still, more info probably be available over on the Vintage Forum .

Another vintage Doxa that I have never before seen. Very cool. I agree with T-Bone, you may get more info on the vintage forum. If possible, please let us know what you find out.

Edit. I'm going to move this to the non-Sub forum.
