    Alternatives to this ladies watch?

I am really interested in this Hamilton Jazzmaster ladies watch, but I need a second hand for my job. Does anyone know of any watches in the same price range (less than $400) that have a similar look, but also have a second hand? I like most of the Hamilton watches I've seen, but I'm not married to them. I really like the two-toned silver/rose gold. And I would like an automatic, but it's not a necessity.

    Thank you in advance!!

How about an Orient? The NR1Q002W "Charlene" model might fit the bill, at under $300. Search for Seiko 5 models as well - at their price point, you can get 2 automatics without going over budget!

At that price point, I always recommend looking at Citizen Eco-Drives. They're not automatics, but the Eco-Drive is still properly watch-geeky. Also check out Tissot - there are ladies' automatic versions of the Ballade III, PR100, Carson, and Bridgeport with two-tone bracelets and sweep seconds.

That Orient is perfect! Could not have found a better match. I'm not too familiar with the brand - are they generally considered a pretty sturdy watch? I am hoping this one will last me several years; can I expect that from Orient?

Orient is a Japanese company which offers in-house movements and a great quality-to-price ratio. Hop over to the Affordables forum here for more discussion on Orient and other inexpensive but worthwhile brands. The Orient Mako (men's diver) is a WUS favorite. I rather like their automatic semi-skeletons, which are a good blend of girly and watch-geeky!
