Hello all, I was hoping somebody can help me with this.
I have an old raketa watch, a wind-up watch, which unfortunately doesn't work anymore, not sure whats' wrong with it exactly. Also one of the two knobs is missing.
I would like to get it repaired but i am not sure what to do or how to proceed. Does anybody have any suggestion?
Does it need to go back to raketa or can anyone else fix it, would it be expensive?
I don't mind sending it away but if there is any place not far from where I live (I live in south west london) it would be great
Sometimes ago I had a look at the raketa website, but the guys are in russia, and I am not sure if it is a good idea to send it all the way there, I have heard some people had bad experience when they sent their watches there
I have also uploaded a few pictures of the watch in question, you can see in one of the pic that a know is missing, and in general it doesn't work. If you wind it up it doesn't keep the right time for that long, it stops and the heads don't move smoothly anymore, it is a bit of a wreck actually
Any advice much appreciated
thanks
