Hello everybody
I have a Casio F-18 that I am bringing back to life (I will post pictures when the watch is complete in a new thread, but for now I need your help to finish the restoring). I have one original pin and the other one is missing.
I took the watch to a watchmaker, he took it apart and when he was putting it back together he probably forgot to put back one pin. I didn't noticed that and 4 years later (I wasn't wearing the watch, it was just sitting in a case) I wanted to bring back to life my watch and I noticed that one pin is missing. So I went back to the store but they don't have that kind of pin, I went to every watchmaking business here and nobody has this kind of pin. And many told me to bring the watch and leave it for service so they could come up with some kind of pin. One watchmaker made me a pin for $1 but it's hollow and it's not the same so it's falling off.
So I measured the pin and made a technical drawing (more or less, I'm no pro) and took some photos. Does any of you have this kind of pin? I never tought one pin can be this much of a trouble.
