    Hampden balance staff

    Hello to all
I`m only a few months into tinkering with pocket watches (only american ones at the moment),
My question is with a 1898 23j Hampden New Railway. i think the balance staff has been nipped as not seating correctly in top and btm jewels, the watch will run fine on its back, but stops on its front ,
I am trying to source a new/old good staff for one , but not sure what to get . I have found that Bestfit did 2 types for a 18s (do these fit? / do any 18s hampden`s )
Any help with with the actual staff require , details of other possibilities, picture of actual staff so i can compare ,etc would be appeciated , as to getting this beauty going again

    thanks in anticipation
