Hollow (tubular) micro screw on my crown protector - Welder K24

    Hi everybody,

Not sure this is the right forum but hopefully someone will notice and transfer it if needed.

Have an issue with the crown protector fixing screw.
While removing the screw it simply broke so now the "male" part of the screw got stuck inside the hollow (inside thread) part of the bolt.
Anyhow, there is no help to this one due to the size of it and I need to get somehow a new pair of the same kind/type OR
Get M1.2 (cca 6mm long) allen head screw and adequate M1.2 nut, both in SS.

Any ideas on where to buy/order those tiny screws and bolts/nuts??
    Thanks!

And a couple of photos on this strange couple - Welder K24 and Obris Morgan yellow rubber...

    No, actually I have not...
Thought it was a long shot...
But in the end, there is nothing to lose!
    Will do!
    Thanks for advice.

Soooo.... after nearly four weeks of corresponding with Welders customer service (actually me gently pushing them), I got the final response...:" Dear Branko ,

I am afraid we don’t have the screw but we can send you the full case and its price 66 $ .

Sorry for the bad news ."

The price for a new watch, which is a derivate of my K-24, is 430 EUR.

The conclusion; Forget about Welder and their watches. Not a serious company and once you buy one, for significant amount of money, you are alone with your problems...

I would think that is relatively cheap, if you are fond of the watch. I'd nothing else, you learn about making the swap.

    Ha, ha, Yes!!
Got the broken part of the screw thread, out of the hole !!!
Actually unscrewed it somehow, no idea how I managed to do it 😅
The thread is 1mm in diameter...
Then ordered simple sloted screw M1x2mm off the bay (hopefuly it is metric
