Need a new movement and dial?Please help me?!!!

I have a watch case that needs a new movement and dial.
Old dial diameter: 34mm
Old movement diameter: ~26mm
Case opening: 36mm
Case Diameter: 49mm
I also need a new dial. Where can I get one and a good but cheap movement?
