    Problems with winding watch/setting time!

    Hello.

Im trying to assembly my Certina 19-30 Watch. I do not know what's wrong, but when I put the stem all the way in, the watch sets time. And when i pull it out, it does not wind, but also set the time. But it seems like all wheels are turning? I have no idea what I have done wrong. Anyone knows??
I put a video so you can see my problem. (Better than my explanation) Press the picture and the video will come in a new window.

Can't hear anything in the video. What's the problem? Wrong stem length (too short)?

The escapement is failing to lock and so the spring is unwinding through the train.
Also looks like the winding is not disengaging correctly.

Remove the balance and check the locking of the pallets.
