Question Question: how to regulate a PRIM caliber 68.4?

Hello, just cleaned a PRIM caliber 68.4. The movement works nicely, but its running too fast. Does anybody know what would be the best fix or why it is running too fast? By too fast I mean, several minutes in on hour.

    Nothing uncommon on this movement.

Demagnetize your tools and your movement.
The hairspring must be centered and flat.
Check the hairspring coils: nothing must be sticking.

Adjust the beat error first (optically then electronically), then the rate.
