Re-installing bezel and crystal on Seiko "Stop Second" pocket watch

I have taken the crystal assembly (bezel?) off of this pocket watch and I cannot figure out how to re-install it. I got it off using a back-removing tool. It is not threaded. It is not hinged. I can easily placwe it in the groove provided for it, but it will not stay. Can anyone help me?
