Question Source for Seiko 7S26, NH25a or Hangzhou equivalent?

I know this has been posted before, but I thought I'd see if anything new had come up. Does anyone know of any source for 7S26 movements, or something that could be used in place of one? Ofrei has a couple of Hangzhou HZ28** movements, but neither has the day and date.

I can buy a new Seiko 5 for $55, but I'd rather spend less, and buying an entire watch for the movement seems like a waste.
    All that glitters isn't chrome.

Cool site, lots of stuff! Have you bought from them before?

    From their site:

Star Time Supply sells exclusively to the Watch Repair Trade (no direct sales/hobbyists).
Is that true, or do you just have to pretend to be in the trade?

    Can't find a 7s26 or 7s36 either.

7s movements are not widely available, outside of Seiko (Jake B and MCWW have them, IIRC).

I've bought from startime as well as spoken with several staff people, on the phone. They were helpful and polite.

I think they try to avoid 'hobbyists' because they don't want to play 20 questions with every potential parts order.
You can try to set up an account and see what happens, but I'd also bear that in mind.
