    Storing loose movements.

I have a loose Seagull ST1901 (essentially a Venus 175) that wont be going into a watch for a few months or so. I don't have a factory plastic case for it like most new movements come in.

    How should I store it?

Is it possible to get an assortment of those factory plastic movement cases from anywhere? If so, where? Do they have a particular name?

Any small plastic container will do, a little padding can't hurt.

As long as it is lint-free, of course! A little bubble wrap works nicely.
An elderly aunt who I recently found out used to mend watches, sent me her collection of old tobacco tins to put watch parts in.
A small sealable polythene bag and a matchbox will suffice for now.
