Changing the batery on a Swiss Army Watch

I'm not sure this is the forum group to ask in, but... I like to know what tool you need to open the back of the Swiss Army Watch. I have 4 of them, 2 with dead bateries. I change the bateries on all my other watches with the screw back, but I need to know the tool for the Swiss Army Watch.
