Help me find a watch for this leather strap - Crown & Buckle Cavallino

A couple of hours ago I bought probably the most beautiful leather strap I've ever seen, the Crown & Buckle Cavallino (in 22mm size). The thing is, I currently don't have a watch for it! I've been thinking getting a Blue Mako for it, but I would like suggestions on other watches that I could use with it. This is what I would like in said watch, but I'm open to suggestions:

    1. No larger than 44mm, as my wrist is between 6.75 - 7.00 inches
    2. Even though I love divers and chronographs, I would like to use the watch in the office, which has a business casual attire (long sleeves everyday and trousers, not khakis)
    3. I would like the watch to have a blue dial or a blue accent to go with the blue stitching of the strap (e.g. white or black dial with blue hands ok).
    4. My most expensive watch is an Orange Monster, so I would like to keep the cost under $200... however, you can post more expensive watches (less than $500 please) as reference for future purchases.
    5. Remember, I already bought the strap, so the watch must have a lug width of 22mm.

    Now here is the strap:

    Other relevant pictures:

Watch is very nice, but looks kinda small for the strap, maybe it is because it doesn't have a diver's bezel.

Blue Mako with tan strap, should look awesome in the Cavallino:

Parnis Portuguese, has blue hands and numerals, also has that chrono look but still dressy.

Beautiful strap! The two you posted, above look outstanding. If you don't already have a Mako, you should definitely get a blue one.

From a purely aesthetic standpoint, something like the Parnis Luxury White Power Reserve would look nice. They're cheap, but I'm not sure what the lug width is.

For a bit closer to $500 you could pick up one of the handsome Steinhart Marine Chronometer II's.

Homage watches democratize history for the common wrist.

Troy! You must not pass Go, nor collect $200 until you have acquired a Mako, Brotha!

I'm busy flirting with a Sub-C at the moment

If something comes of it, though, I may have to check myself into therapy...

Stitching on that strap is pretty weird....why does it only have blue stitching on one side and with white on both?

The Cavallino can also look great with Pepsi bezel watches, as long as the blue on the bezel isn't too dark. Sometimes you see pepsi bezels where the blue is very dark. But on the other hand, the strap would look great on one of these (not actual suggestions for you as I know they are both pricey watches!):

The reddish clay-color of the leather also goes well with the red in the bezel. It's hard to say how well the blues will match from a blue Mako and the stitching on the strap, but it looks like the pepsi bezel Mako uses the same blue colors on the dial and bezel as the all-blue Mako, so that is another option for you to consider.

Post up pictures once you've decided!
