Nope. I got two things today. 1st was a Hirsch Accent. Easily the best rubber strap I have ever seen (including the Isofrane I bought and sold immediatley). 2nd was a 3 pack of 1/4"*6" bronze strips. I made my own bracelet (not for a watch, just one to wear). Looks pretty good after literally 10 minutes of work in the garage. I need to smooth out the rough edges a bit more though.
I also just got an email letting me know that my Horween Shell Cordovan #8 button stud watch strap shipped. I can't wait to get it and fit it to the Stowa. I've got some mesh for it coming too.
Shut your mouth and wear your Alpinist.
Note that "Your Alpinist" is metaphorical and in truth refers to your most versatile watch.
