    Movement ID, please.

I realize this watch is about as German as kung-pao chicken, but it's nifty anyway.

Which I see are almost identical to Miyota 8205s. Thank you kindly.

They may have been 'inspired' by the Miyota 8200 series but they are actually different in a couple of ways.
First and foremost, they both 'hack' while the Miyota doesn't.
Secondly, if you look at the resources section of this forum and read some of the 'tear down' articles, you will find that they are better finished in some regards.

Anecdotal evidence also suggests that the NN and DG offerings can be much more accurate and consistent time keepers than the Miyota.

This is a case where the Chinese borrowed a page from the Japanese and not only copied a good design but improved upon it
No amount of rationalization, justification or self entitlement will ever make buying and selling of fakes acceptable

    FAKES are for DUMMIES!
