I am likely going to buy an Android watch with this movement in it. Based on what I could find, this is the same as the ST16 movement. Is this correct? Does this movement hack? Can it be hand wound? Thanks guys!

Yes, it hacks and winds, but ST16 has a hacking issue Purchasing a SeaGull Watch. No big deal to me.
