Small wristed thinking of getting Sea-Gull?

    Hello!

I tired to make a little search & browse but found only a little in-wrist -pictures from this Sea-Gull 816.362:

    Name: img_1524.jpg
Views: 240
Size: 80.6 KB

Does any Small Wristed member happen to own this andhave pictures easily available?
Any comments on size and feel in hand?
I have a thin wrist at about 6.3" or ~16cm and I'm not too sure, if this is a too big clump of metal for me to carry?

Also, are these measurements correct, expecially the thickness: Dimension: 40 x 10 mm, excluding crown

    Thanks in advance!!

Ive got a wrist of about the same size as yours and i can wear 40mm fine. It's also got a pretty thin case and lugs...it should work fine for you.

I have 16cm wrists too. If you want to wear it as a pure dress watch, 40mm is going to be cutting it close, the lugs will probably hit close to the 'edges' of your wrist which is not the preferred aesthetic. Also the watch is all-dial, no bezel, which adds optical size to the watch. But if you want to wear it more casually, 40mm is fine.

    Thanks IanC and GuySie.

I don't participate too often in parties, where dress is mandatory. Maybe once or twice a year.
On the other hand, I cannot wear any watch at work. It's both safety factor and probably not too smart with anything that costs more than a couple of bucks.

So, I assume it will be held in hand at free-time occasionally and in some cases with suit.

After very long procedure of decision making, I ordered this one.
Also considered several other Sea-Gull's. Really hard to say what about them appeals to me so much, but I do know I like the simple logo and brand-name a lot for some reason.

When I get this, I will try to take some wrist photos. If it's too big chunk of metal, I hope it can be sold away.
