Sit back, relax and let the story wash over you... I'm going to listen to it again... well worth about 12 minutes of your time. Staggering.. almost mystifying.. certainly uplifting if you like to believe the little guy has a place in the forefront of technology developments...

    wow thats cool!
a watch has metaphoric powers. It can function, for example, as a kind of [Self]-centric G.P.S. device. You put it on, and it gives you a lock on your own coordinates — not just time but space and self.

    Hi Jeanie,

Here is a link to their podcast pages... fifty story from the top..

    http://www.abc.net.au/rn/podcast/feeds/ss1.xml

I know that ABC radio is streamed world wide so I can't advise you on why its not streaming for you.

The direct link to the show is all the "W"s + abc.net.au/rn/scienceshow/ and from there you should be able to listen to what ever
segment of the show interests you. Please let me know if you have success getting the links to work.

Last resort is the transcript, which is a good read but Robin Williams is always good value to listen to...
