Do you have any plans for this day? You know, the end of the Mayan calender.
I'm not a survivalist so plan to just stay home with a 6 pack of beer, a big bowl of popcorn and a stack of my favorite country/western CD's

I'll probably be wrapping Christmas gifts.
Jeannie
And I woll be all sweaty and nervous, as I will not have bought any yet.
Now, did the Mayans use the Gregorian Calendar or the Julian one?
I'll wear my favorite watch just in case:)
I will be marking my own calendar. 6 more days and I can open my 20th anniversary present. A new watch ! I hope it is one of those fancy G-Shocks that has the calendar on it that goes for the next couple hundred years. That way time can continue on. (actually it isn't a g-shock but it seemed to fit here) It will be my first tritium tube watch. So I should be good for at leat 25 more years.
That will pee off the members that have a Compass on the watch strap, or an inbuilt compass!
A pole shift should not matter much? The geese will be a little bit lost I guess?
Hopefully, I'll be out sailing in the Atlantic. And if things go well, I'll be far, far away from most of my family. And if the world's coming to an end, what better way to live it up than living it up on a boat with my gorgeous woman?
Haven't you heard? Geese (especially Canadian Geese) are rather stupid to know any better, from what I've read in these parts.
