A very sad day for me

    Hi All
This morning I had my beloved cat Mr. B put to sleep He was almost 19 years old and his health had declined in the last few months.

I will always remember and love him. I know he is in a better place now.

Sorry for your loss Bob. My parents' chihuahua doesn't have much time left at 14 years. It will be a sad day for us also.

Sorry to hear about your cat Bob. Had to put our Golden Retriever Brandee down last year, it's not a fun thing to do to say the least.

I feel for ya man, last year I had to put my dog Shelby down. She was 15 1/2 year old lab mix. I miss her dearly.

Amazing what these animals become to us.

I had a similar situation 2 months ago. Tougher than a family member.

No thoughts with you. Yes they are in a better palce.

Re: A very sad day for me

I understand your feeling of loss. We always had a dog in our home. Will bring in a new pup as soon as an old fellow died and we buried him in our garden. That is one way to mitigate the sorrow. We grieved our last German Shepperd Sam the most because we had to move to an apartment shortly after he died, so there was no way to get another pup due to the apartment rules.
    Cheers!
