What are you drinking at the moment? [Part XIX]

After sampling a great many number of local brews from Quebec and Ontario with my German relatives over the holidays who quite liked the Canadian beer, along with the Ontario Riesling (i.e., being the other white wine, same as in Germany, and perfect pairing with non-sweet meats such as i.e. Turkey which my relatives weren't all that fond of, used to Christmas Goose ... which god love em I told them to bring maybe next time), I am after seeing my relatives off to the airport, safe en route back home, myself now kicking back with a Sapporo, a Japanese beer, getting ready for a nice relaxing meal of left over turkey which I've turned into a Goulash, to be enjoyed with my spouse, by ourselves, in comfort and silence ... CHEERS!!!

(And here's hoping everyone's holiday season and New Year's were wonderful, whilst also wishing everyone a happy, prosperous and healthy 2012!).
