You said you got a good deal on it before, can I ask where you ordered from?
Thanks. Same place as before (Rakuten). Great deal on it too, managed to pick up the last one at 65% off...

Yesterday evening I put in my final bid on a very nice watch, after waking up this morning I saw that my bid turned out to be a winner, making me the proud owner of an Omega Speedmaster

Congratulations! That's awesome! Though I'm wondering why you didn't watch the auction till the very end. Low bid?

No, the reason I did this is because I know myself and I know I'll probably get carried away by all the bidding, eventually buying the watch for more than I actually wanted to spend on it. So, merely to protect myself, I just put in a maximum bid and checked-in after the auction had ended to see if I got it

Actually I didn't win it, but the winner cancelled his bid, so I won it because I came in second. If I would have watched the whole auction I would have probably overbid the guy and the watch would have been even more expensive, so my strategy worked
