What's on TV now? [part VI]

What are your views on this one Ben? I've only seen the first 4 or 5 episodes, but so far I feel it is lacking in something. It's not exactly "gripping" me the way I expected it to. I find it very similar to The Walking Dead (except with aliens instead of zombies) but not as good. I really thought there would be more alien interaction per episode instead of the 20 or 30 seconds we have been getting. Hopefully it will get better.

The Walking Dead lost a lead writer. Hope that doesn't cause a drop off in script quality.

Seriously missing walking dead. S1 only finished here in uk couple of months ago.
Working my way through all of Alan Partridge at the moment, quality old school laughs.

I hope he still plays a part in how the show develops, even if he won't be writing for the show. I suppose we'll notice a drop in quality if the best storylines came from Darabont.
