Picture *** SINN EZM2 GSG9 Content : Bowled Over by German Engineering ***

    Guys ! Guys ! Guys ! ...

I never expected this German brand to impress me so well in such short a notice ... Picked this pretty much unused EZM2 GSG9 from fellow WIS, JayVeeZ ... and WOAH !! What a fantastic piece of engineering ...

With a case that is WR to 12000m and to 5000m with the movement ... this gorgeous timepiece is only 13.5 mm thick !! CANNOT BELIEVE IT !!
German Engineering at its very best ...

Bought to accompany me at work everyday .. High-End Quartz made some good sense .. Though, I must say .. I was very apprehensive .. But that UX BOUNCE makes for some entertainment :) a bit like the magic of hacking mechanicals ...

A few pictures to roll the show ...

The dial and the relative shallowness of the case is a delight ... I very much enjoy it, I must say .. quite contrary to my love for 'depth in the case' .. I guess there is an exception to every rule .. Sinn GSG9 is EXACTLY THAT.

Finally, Lets hold this baby against the light and enjoy how light just bounces on and off playfully ...

I Tried .. I Certainly Tried ! But I couldn't stop myself from Clicking more and more of these ...

    Finally, A Few WristShots .....

And last but not the least .. BLACK AND WHITES ...

Hope you guys enjoyed the pictures ...

    Cheers
    N

Is it true that the watch is filled with oil to enhance dial legibility from all angles? That sounds crazy -- in a cool way. :O

Dang, great photos! Looks dynamite on your wrist too!

There is something about the UX & what it brings to the table; superquartz COSC (hardly mentioned), crazy WR, you can read it from damn near any angle and of course sub steel! The 10 o'clock crown on the GSG9 is very cool as well. I surely would have kept it had the 212 not came my way.

Congrats, looks awesome on your wrist!

    What's not to like?

This is a seriously fine looking piece with insane technical specs. Great pick up.

    Another nishant unavailing thread! ;)

Sinn watches are the best bang for your buck imo. That being said the AR issues and communicating to the folks in Germany for maintenance/repair are both problematic from my past experience. Those are reasons why i sold my once beloved U1.

    Enjoy that bad boy.
