If you really want to know search the forums, I've heard of some of them having issues. Guess it doesn't matter since you've already ordered so enjoy it.

I have owned many a watch fitted with the Miyota 8215 workhorse and never found issue with the "Jerky" second hand syndrome. Maybe if you are laying on your back and tapping on the side of the case you could make the second hand jump. Never tried it ..... but I will when it arrives and let you know. I like the PVD case, the dial layout, sapphire crystal, screw down crown and depth rating. I really like the blue tritium on hands and hour markers. White on black date wheel is a plus as well not to mention, I always wanted a watch with a Frog on the dial .....

Yeah it looks awesome, I was interested at one point.
I think the issues I heard of was misaligned chapter rings an bezel issues, pretty much cosmetic. But who knows, maybe it was the first few runs with issues.

I hear you .... all the initial deficientcies you mention, would not cut it for me either. We will see. Thanks alot for the input. Very good points.

I inquired to the manufacturer about the stuttering issue. She said it happened in a very small portion of their watches and the problem was fixed.
