Hopefully, that's not the case. When I tried to order my Magrette Bronze last year, I had to wait a month for a response.

Dion has always been really good in my case; it's just that I've had to wait awhile sometimes.

No way are we getting the finger. I'm going for the full refund and I'm going to send back my chrono for repair together, hopefully this weekend. I've been so damn busy, I never have time for this .... when it's convenient for the post office.

Just reading the latest entries after my family holidays. I will notify Dion that several of you are waiting for follow up. Haven't been in touch with him just yet (just returned), but I suppose he must be over his ears in email. Please bear with him, it's a lot of work. By the way, we don't do "the middle finger treatment". Never have an never will.

I agree, he must be up to his ears with everything, but he will work through it all. I sent him an email two weeks ago and just got a reply last night.

Well according to my tracking info, my watch should be back at Magrette by today or Monday. Hopefully they can put this mess behind them and move on to making more great watches.

After reading the news about no resolution for the bronze case, I emailed Dion and got my refund for my deposit within a few days. While all of us would have preferred a bronze watch, the response has been quite professional.
