    Re: Crepas Tektite prototype

Just received my El Buzo yesterday. The first time I have been able to see and handle a Crepas watch. The quality and details are top notch. Let me tell you that if the Tektite is anywhere near the quality that the El Buzo is (better is what I've been hearing) than this is going to be a show stopper. The presentation box is simply beautiful. By far the best presentation from a watch company that I've seen or owned. Crepas has really done a fantastic job producing wonderful quality affordable watches. Excited to see the Tektite #109.

yup I ordered one about a month ago, It has so many things I love I could not resist...clean legible dial with date at 6, big indices so lume should be great, sapphire lumed bezel, drilled lugs, TOP grade 2824, mesh bracelet and according to the specs the construction looks pretty impressive, dual gaskets everywhere, 4 gaskets on the crown and apparently they had the prototype pressured tested to 2000m by a third party firm....of course at this price point one cannot expect an in-house watch, but it would appear as if Crepas' overall approach to their product is taken very seriously from I've seen/read...I think it will be a show stopper

Very Well Said! Yes I cannot wait! Glad you pre-order one, also found out it will come with a rubber strap and a black nylon strap . I emailed Ana and she told me that they will have an additional rubber strap, a Black shark skin leather strap with orange stitching, a gourgeous nato that is pictured on their website and bracelet with solid fitted endlinks to order soon!!

    Re: Crepas Tektite prototype

Been watching this one and I just got drawn in by the bracelet option. The strap options appear to be very good too...making for a pretty complete "full kit". Plus the watch is so dang beautiful. Looking forward to comparing with my Zixens.
I was hesitant about it's size as my thickest is the Halios Holotype at 16mm, but I think it will wear similar....plus I am used to wearing the atomic G shock Frogman

Only about a dozen left, reserved #156
April is not so long a wait compared to my other preorders...

I sent Crepas a reservation email about 30 hours ago. Haven't heard anything since.

How long did it take you guys to receive confirmation?

Try sending it to them again. Ana usually answers within 24 hours.

over the last 4 weeks I've probably sent Ana 4 or 5 emails and its never taken longer than 24 hours for a response, that's not to say she's "out sick" or maybe extremely busy at the moment but I'm sure she'll get back to you soon, btw I think the first response came in my "junk mail" so that is something to check as well
